One of my all time favourite healthy extra free breakfasts, are these Breakfast Towers. which are baby greens, slices of tomatoes, topped with a Homemade Pork Sausage Pattie and then perfectly poached eggs. These hash browns are a great substitute for bread or toast at breakfast time, great with eggs, boiled, scrambled, fried or poached. I even made this amazing Breakfast Hash Brown Sandwich - how amazing is that? I recently made these delicious Syn Free Crispy Golden Hash Browns and these low syn Sweet Potato Hash Browns.
